Dear potential property owners,
if you’d rather it never got that far, we can help.
If you are already interested in a certain property, we can advise you, how the negotiation process functions/works and help with translation during the initial sales talks. We can give you information regarding the usual practices used by the local private salesmen and/or brokers, and with which offers it is important to let caution prevail.
If you then become the lucky and real owner, we will gladly assist you with the following:
- arrange upon your request all resulting necessities.
- help with opening a bank account.
- inform you of your insurance options.
- give you tips on tax affairs etc..
And in addition: we can even furnish your house! Which is our favourite part (however don’t let our boss know that!)
Since the range of services varies for each individual case, we are unable to quote you a price on-line. We can however say on our behalf, that our prices compare favourably with other enterprises.
